The inaugural sporting find of the week has to go to Australia's new Limited overs cricketing sensation David Warner who scored a blistering 89 on T20 debut for Australia. Warner who plays first grade for the Eastern Suburbs Dolphins club in Sydney had shocked world viewing audiences as he pummeled a South African world class bowling attack which included Dale Steyn, Makhaya Ntini and Jaques Kallis. Warner, 22, lit up the 63 000 strong MCG crowd as he sent balls to all parts of the ground, making batting look so easy. Constant media pressure however, in amidst the buildup of the 2nd T20 international, with many former players and sects of the media labelling Warner "Australia's Batting Wonderboy", led to what I believe to be an insurmountable amount of expectation being placed on Warner, eventually leading to his downfall in the 2nd match, where he was dismissed for 7 by South African tearaway Dale Steyn.
