Reasons Why My Back Is A Mess!

These are probably the reasons as to why my back and shoulders have rendered me pretty much useless at just 19! Constant years of bowling and bending my back viciously has seen me constantly battling stress fractures in my vertebrae. Something which is unbelievable painful to endure, especially when a full season of cricket lays ahead, and you fail to lay down and rest! One word: IDIOT!!
